K-ORDERS
Allows the effective recording of order details in a
flexible and ordered way, integrated with the company’s
central module.
Through detailed and functional screens, the user has
fields for storing client details such as address, client,
articles, type of order, quantities, discounts, etc which
are filled out in a way that is easy and intuitive, allowing
orders to be registered.
Once the order has been saved, the module allows wireless
connection between the sales rep via his PDA and the company’s
central module, transmitting all the information relating
to the sale in the moment.
Interaction with the subsequent incorporated modules:
Clients: interaction with
data held in the central system that is needed to carry
out and automate orders.
Products: assemble all of
those products that the company sells, ordered by 3 different
criteria, name, articule code, and family. The programme
allows the addition of new products, bi-laterally updating
information in the database.
Queries: about previous orders
determining their status and position in the queue.
History: the solution allows
consultations of records by year, order, sales rep, customer,
group and article |
